Renew from the extension
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click the Trend Micro Security icon at the top right corner, then click My Account.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro Account.
- Look for the Serial Number you are using for Trend Micro Security. Click Renew Now on the left pane.
You will be redirected to Trend Micro Online Shop.
- Select the subscription plan you want to proceed.
- If you renewed, the new expiry date should reflect within 24-48 hours.
- If you upgraded your subscription, you will receive a new serial number. Go to the Activation Portal to activate your license.
