Why did this happen?
The mobile device installed with Trend Micro Guardian has no Internet connection, or is not properly installed.
What should I do next?
Check if Trend Micro Guardian is properly installed:
- Make sure your child's device has an active Wi-Fi or data connection (3G/4G/LTE) and can browse online.
- On your child's device, check if the app is installed already.
