How do I activate my Trend Micro subscription purchased online?

  1. Go to the Product Activation Portal.
  2. Enter the Serial Number or Activation Code you used for your Trend Micro program, then click Next.
  3. Sign in to your Trend Micro Account.
  4. Complete the required fields, then click Next.
  5. Open the TM Check app on your device.
  6. Log in using your Trend Micro Account credentials.


Note: If your subscription was purchased directly through the Trend Micro ScamCheck app from the Play Store or the App Store, your subscription will automatically activate.
