📱 Enable Autofill on iPhone

  1. Open your Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap General.
  3. Scroll again until you find AutoFill & Passwords.
  4. Toggle on AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys.
  5. From the list of providers, select ID Protection.


Note: You may be prompted to unlock your Trend Micro account or enable Face ID/Touch ID.

🤖 Enable Autofill on Android

  1. Open your Settings app.
  2. In the search bar, type Autofill service and select it from the results.
  3. Choose ID Protection and confirm by if has a check on it before you exit.

💻 Enable Autofill on Desktop (PC or Laptop)

  1. Open a web browser with the ID Protection Extension installed.
  2. Go to idprotect.trendmicro.com.
  3. Click your profile icon (top right), then select Settings.
  4. On the left pane, click Vault.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the right pane and toggle Autofill to ON (🔛).
