After installing Trend Micro ID Security, you are unable to verify the email address your registered on the app.
Why did this happen?
The device you used to verify your email address is not the same device from which you requested the email address verification.
How do I fix this?
Use the same mobile phone to open the verification email, then tap the verification link.
If you did not receive a verification email after tapping Verify Email Address, wait for 5 minutes before trying again. If the problem persists, contact our Trend Micro Support for assistance.
