Know what to do when the Device Scan stopped at a certain percentage while scanning your Android device.


Switch to a different network
  1. Connect to a different WiFi connection or switch to mobile data (3G, 4G, LTE, 5G).
  2. Run a scan.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

Restart Internet connection
  1. Turn OFF your WiFi or data connection.
  2. Wait for at least 10 seconds, then turn it back ON.
  3. Run a scan.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

Clear app cache
  1. On your device, open the Settings.
  2. Tap Apps or Applications. It will display the installed apps.
  3. From the list, tap Mobile Security, then tap Storage.
  4. Tap Clear Cache.
  5. Run a scan.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

Restart your device
  1. Press and hold the power button of your mobile device, then tap Restart.
  2. Run a scan.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
