Trend Micro Mobile Security did not finish scanning your Android phone or tablet. It suddenly hangs or stops unexpectedly.
Why did this happen?
- Your Android device is not connected to the Internet.
- Your Android device might be full of cache files.
How do I fix this?
Fix your network connection

- Restart your WiFi or mobile data.
- If not resolved, connect to a different WiFi or switch to mobile data (3G, 4G, LTE, 5G).
- Run a scan again. If issue persists, proceed to the next step.
Clear app cache

- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Apps or Applications. It will display the list of installed apps.
- From the list, tap Mobile Security, then tap Storage.
- Tap Clear Cache.
- Run a scan again. If issue persists, proceed to the next step.
Restart your Android device

- Press and hold the power button of your mobile device, then tap Restart.
- Run a scan again. If issue persists, reinstall the Mobile Security app.
