You see this message when using the Trend Micro Toolbar extension:

This feature only works for signed-in Gmail or Outlook accounts

Why did this happen?

You may get this message when your Trend Micro account was previously signed in before installing the toolbar extension.

How do I fix this?

Refresh the webmail page (press F5) and check if you can still see the message.

If this is your first time using Email Defender, choose Agree and Turn On when this pop up appears:
