Why Did This Happen?

Your default browser (Internet Explorer, Opera, or Firefox) is not compatible with Pay Guard.

What Should I Do Next?

Change your default browser to a compatible one with Pay Guard:

  1. Click the OK button.
  2. Change your default browser app.
    • On Windows 11:
      1. Click the Start button, then type Default Apps. In the search results, select Default apps.
      2. Under Set defaults for applications, look for Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
      3. Click on your preferred browser.
      4. Click on each file type or link type in the list, then change to your preferred browser.
    • On Windows 10:
      1. Click the Start button, then type Default Apps. In the search results, select Default apps.
      2. Under Web browser, Click the browser currently listed, then choose either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
