If you need to delete your Trend Micro account from the Mobile Security app on your iPhone or iPad, follow these instructions to ensure your account is removed permanently.

Account Recovery

Once your Trend Micro account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All associated data and subscriptions will be lost. To avoid future charges, make sure to disable automatic renewal or cancel your subscription beforehand.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Launch the Trend Micro Mobile Security app on your iOS device.
  2. Navigate to the bottom of the screen and tap on Settings.
  3. In the ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION section, select Trend Micro Account.
  4. Tap on Account Control.
  5. Choose the Delete Account option.
  6. You will be redirected to the Trend Micro account login page. Sign in with your credentials.
  7. After logging in, read the reminders. If you have any questions, you can visit the Support Portal.
  8. Tap Continue To Delete My Account and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
