Know how to permanently delete the Trend Micro Account on the Home Network Security app for your iOS device. You cannot recover it after removal.
Permanently delete Trend Micro Account on iPhone or iPad
- Open the Trend Micro Home Network Security app.
- Go to Settings.
- Under ACCOUNT, tap Trend Micro Account.
- Select Account Control.
- Choose Delete Account.
It will redirect you to the Trend Micro Account log in page.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro Account.
- After logging in, read the reminders displayed on screen. You can tap the Support Portal link if you have any questions before you remove your account.
- Tap the Continue To Delete My Account button, then follow the instructions on the next pages to remove your account successfully.
Can I still recover my Trend Micro Account after deleting it?
No. All your data connected to your account will be deleted. You will not be able to reactivate or recover your unused subscriptions. To prevent future charges, we strongly advise you to turn off the automatic renewal or cancel your subscription.
I was asked to Contact Support to delete my account
For multiple products subscriptions such as Maximum Security, Premium Security and Device Security, all devices registered under your account will lose protection after account removal.
- Tap the Contact Support button.
- Fill out the form you will see on the next page.
We will provide a ticket number and our support representative will reach out to you via email.
You may proceed to reset Home Network Security to erase all saved information stored in the Station.
