Generating troubleshooting logs can help Trend Micro Experts diagnose issues you experience with Trend Micro ID Security.
Get logs to send to Trend Micro Support
- Tap the ID Security app to open it.
- Tap the Menu icon you see on the upper right, then choose Settings.
- Under ABOUT & HELP, select About.
- Tap and hold the ID Security icon for about five seconds until you see something pop up.
- Take a screenshot of the Error Event Viewer pop up.
- Contact Trend Micro Support so we can look at and analyze your screenshot.
