If your Trend Micro Mobile Security subscription isn't showing the correct expiry date, follow these steps to fix it.

How do I update the expiry date on my app?

Renewed Online

  1. Tap the Mobile Security app on your device.
  2. Temporarily sign out by scrolling down and tap on Settings, go to "Account & Registration", select Trend Micro Account, choose Account Control, and tap Sign Out.
  3. Re-enter your credentials: Go back to Settings > ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION > Set Up Account.
  4. Sign in using the email and password associated with your new activation key.
  5. Your app's expiry date should now be updated.

Renewed through In-App Purchase

  1. Open the Mobile Security app.
  2. Tap Settings > Restore Purchase > Check Now.
  3. Ensure you are logged in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

Webpage Not Available Error After Signing Out

This error can occur if your browser hasn't updated its stored data:

  1. Open Settings > Safari.
  2. Tap Clear History and Website Data > Clear History and Data.

Unable to Restore Subscription Error

Tap Send Now and contact our Trend Micro Support for assistance.
