Home Network Security may block a device from connecting to the internet, especially if it is unrecognized and not properly configured in the app. Here's how to allow the device to access the network:
- Open the Home Network Security app on your device.
- Tap the Menu icon you see on the upper left, then tap Devices.
- Choose a Profile.
- Tap the Device tab.
- Choose a device to block connection.
- Turn ON Allow Home Network Access , then tap Yes.
