Why Am I Still Being Asked for Billing Information After Paying Successfully?

Even after you have successfully paid for your Trend Micro subscription, you may still be asked to provide your billing information. This is because Trend Micro needs your billing details to set up your subscription with Auto Renewal. This way, you won’t have to worry about renewing your subscription every year.

NOTE: If you don’t want to provide your billing information to set up Auto Renewal, you can simply close the window. Your subscription will still be active, but you will need to manually renew it when it expires.
