Steps to Cancel Auto Renew
If you no longer want your Trend Micro subscription to renew automatically, follow the steps below:
- Visit the Trend Micro Purchase Management Account Portal:
Go to https://trendmicro.recurly.com/. - Create an Account:
- Click on the Create an account link at the bottom of the page.
- Use the email address associated with you Trend Micro subscription to sign up.
- Log In:
After setting up your password, log in using your email address and the password you just created. - Edit Subscription Information:
Find the Subscriptions section and click Cancel Subscription next to the product you want to stop renewing automatically.
Note: If you have a trial subscription, you do not need to cancel it. You can let the trial days expire or contact Trend Micro Support to end your trial subscription.
