You have noticed that nothing happens when you try to open Security Reports from your Trend Micro program.
Why did this happen?
Some Trend Micro components needed to open Security Reports are missing on your computer after the update.
How do I fix this?
Trend Micro has already released program updates to resolve this issue. If you see a Restart Required pop-up from Trend Micro, click Restart Now to install the updates.
You can also download the update manually by following these steps:
- Right-click the Trend Micro icon
in the taskbar notification area, then select Check for Program Updates.
If you cannot see it, click the Show hidden icons arrow ^ next to the notification area.
The About Your Software window will appear and check for available updates.
- Click Close after seeing Components are up-to-date.
