Determine whether the license is activated on the main console or remains inactive, addressing potential confusion for those who may mistakenly perceive it as the free version despite having purchased a subscription.
- Right Click on the Menu bar and select Activation info.
- Upon selecting Activation info, the displayed images will indicate whether the subscription is activated or not.
Note: Activation codes starting with the letter Q don't need a Trend Micro account for activation. You may only view it through Activation Info.
