Renewing your Trend Micro ID Protection subscription helps keep your devices safe and ensures you continue to get all the important updates and support. It’s quick and easy, and you’ll be done in just a few minutes! Here’s how to get started:
Renew on Android Devices
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Sign in with the Google account you used to purchase the app.
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Payments & subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
- Find Trend Micro ID Protection and tap it to renew.
💡 Tip: If you see Cancel Subscription, this means your subscription is set to renew automatically, so you don’t need to do anything.
Renew on iPhone or iPad
- Open the ⚙️ Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name or Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find Trend Micro ID Protection and tap Renew.
💡 Tip: If you see Cancel Subscription, this means your subscription is set to renew automatically, and you don’t need to take any action.
Renew on Trend Micro Account
- Visit the Trend Micro Account page and sign in with your account.
- Click on the Licenses tab to see your subscriptions.
- Find Trend Micro ID Protection and click Renew Now next to your activation code. You’ll see the renewal price and any available upgrade offers.
- If you see a Manage Subscription button instead of Renew Now, this means your subscription is set to auto-renew. You don’t need to do anything, as it will automatically renew before it expires.
- If you prefer to renew manually, choose a subscription plan for either 1 year or 2 years (longer options are not available right now). To make sure your subscription renews without interruption, we recommend enabling Auto-Renewal.
- Follow the steps to complete your renewal or upgrade.
