Renew through your mobile devices

  1. Tap Trend Micro Password Manager to open the app.
  2. Tap Settings, then tap Renew/Activate under Account and Subscription.
  3. Tap your desired subscription, then tap Purchase.
  4. Follow the instructions to complete the purchase.

Renew through your desktop computers

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Click the Trend Micro Password Manager toolbar
  3. Type your Vault Password.
  4. Go to the Password Manager Menu , then choose Buy/Activate.
  5. Click Buy Now.
  6. Follow the prompts to complete the purchase.
