Disable the Trend Micro Toolbar for troubleshooting purposes.

  1. Open Trend Micro, then click Settings .

  3. Uncheck Display the Trend Micro Toolbar on supported web browsers and Prevent Firefox and Chrome from running malicious scripts on infected websites.

  4. Click Apply, then click OK.
  5. Bookmark your opened tabs before restarting your web browsers.
