Try These Steps First

Follow these simple steps to activate your Trend Micro protection:

  1. Check your Internet connection.
    Make sure you can open a website before activating.
  2. Click the Activate Now in your Trend Micro program..
  3. Enter your computer name, and then click Next.

Still Seeing the Error?

If activation still fails, try the following:
