How to Import Passwords from CSV to ID Protection

STEP 1. Export Your Passwords from Your Current Password Manager

Begin by exporting your existing passwords from your current password manager. For detailed instructions, follow the links below:

STEP 2: Import Your Passwords to ID Protection

Via Trend Micro ID Protection website

1. Open your browser and visit the Trend Micro ID Protection website.
2. Click on the key logo on the left to access the Vault.
3. Enter your Vault Password or Client Key as required.
4. Click Import Now.
5. Select Import from a CSV File and choose your newly exported password CSV file.

Via Mobile App

1. Open your ID Protection Mobile App.
2. Tap the key logo at the bottom to go to the Vault.
3. Tap Import passwords or Import now.
4. Select Import from a CSV File and choose your newly exported CSV file.

STEP 3: Wait to Continue to Protect Your Passwords

After the import process is complete, you'll be able to view, edit, and use your newly imported passwords within ID Protection.
