How do I get my Password Manager to work?

Follow these steps to troubleshoot and fix the issue:

  1. Remove Unfamiliar Extensions
    1. Open Chrome on your computer.
    2. Click at the top right, then choose More tools > Extensions.
    3. Identify and remove any extensions that are not related to Trend Micro.
    4. Confirm by clicking Remove.
    5. Restart Chrome, visit your saved websites and check if the Password Manager logs you in automatically.
  2. Allow Browser Cookies
    1. Open Chrome and click the at the top right, then go to Settings.
    2. Navigate to Privacy and Security.
    3. Ensure to allow third-party cookies.
    4. Remove "pwm-image.trendmicro.com" from any block list.
    5. Restart Chrome and try again.

Note: Some sites have extra security that might stop the Password Manager from working. You can still use the Passcard Memo feature to access your saved sites.
