- Other browser extensions might be interfering with it.
- Some of its components might be damaged.
- It might be blocked from using browser cookies.
How do I get my Password Manager to work?
Follow these steps to troubleshoot and fix the issue:
- Remove Unfamiliar Extensions
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- Click ⋮ at the top right, then choose More tools > Extensions.
- Identify and remove any extensions that are not related to Trend Micro.
- Confirm by clicking Remove.
- Restart Chrome, visit your saved websites and check if the Password Manager logs you in automatically.
- Allow Browser Cookies
- Open Chrome and click the ⋮ at the top right, then go to Settings.
- Navigate to Privacy and Security.
- Ensure to allow third-party cookies.
- Remove "pwm-image.trendmicro.com" from any block list.
- Restart Chrome and try again.
Note: Some sites have extra security that might stop the Password Manager from working. You can still use the Passcard Memo feature to access your saved sites.
