AirSupport Plus is a support tool exclusively available to Trend Micro customers subscribed to our Premium Services.
Download and Install AirSupport Plus

Click the link below to download AirSupport Plus:
- Double-click the downloaded file: airsupportlauncher_er-as.exe.
- Click Yes when the User Account Control window appears, then wait while AirSupport loads.
- Read the Privacy and Personal Data Collection Disclosure, then click Next.
- Read the License Agreement, then click Agree and Install.
- You will be prompted with tutorials to familiarize you with the tool. Keep clicking on Next to finish the tutorial.
- Click Get Help Now.
Report Issues with AirSupport Plus
- Click on the AirSupport icon in the system tray (near the clock).
- Go to the location where you want to take the screenshot, then click the Camera icon.
- If you need to recapture the screenshot, click the Retake the picture button.
- If you need to highlight a section of the screenshot, click the Highlight the issue button.
- If you need to delete the screenshot, click the Delete button.
- If you need to recapture the screenshot, click the Retake the picture button.
- Choose which statement suits your issue.
- After selecting the problem, click Send.
- Wait until you are connected to our support agent.
Uninstall AirSupport Plus
- Click Start ⊞, then go to Trend Micro Security > Uninstall Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool.
- Click Yes when the User Account Control window appears.
- Click OK when you see the message telling you that the process is complete.
