AirSupport Plus is a support tool exclusively available to Trend Micro customers subscribed to our Premium Services.

Download and Install AirSupport Plus

  1. Click the link below to download AirSupport Plus:

  2. Double-click the downloaded file: airsupportlauncher_er-as.exe.
  3. Click Yes when the User Account Control window appears, then wait while AirSupport loads.

  4. Read the Privacy and Personal Data Collection Disclosure, then click Next.

  5. Read the License Agreement, then click Agree and Install.

  6. You will be prompted with tutorials to familiarize you with the tool. Keep clicking on Next to finish the tutorial.

  7. Click Get Help Now.

Report Issues with AirSupport Plus

  1. Click on the AirSupport icon in the system tray (near the clock).

  2. Go to the location where you want to take the screenshot, then click the Camera icon.

    • If you need to recapture the screenshot, click the Retake the picture button.

    • If you need to highlight a section of the screenshot, click the Highlight the issue button.

  3. Choose which statement suits your issue.

  4. After selecting the problem, click Send.

  5. Wait until you are connected to our support agent.

Uninstall AirSupport Plus

  1. Click Start ⊞, then go to Trend Micro Security > Uninstall Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool.
  2. Click Yes when the User Account Control window appears.
  3. Click OK when you see the message telling you that the process is complete.
