How it works

  • You do not need to explain the issue you experience in detail.

    All you need to do is take a screenshot of the problem, choose the type of inquiry, and then click the Submit button.

  • You go through a smooth process.

    Our Support Team can check your computer with you. If the case is too complicated, we will switch from Chat Support to Phone Support.

  • You can ask for help through clicking on the AirSupport button.

    Clicking on the AirSupport icon on your computer’s task tray will launch the program, and you won’t have to wait in a long queue.
