Trend Micro Mobile Security's Lost Device Protection feature safeguards your mobile devices and its data in case it goes missing. But if you need to remove a specific device from the portal, here's how:

On Your Android Device

  1. Open the Mobile Security app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Under Account & Subscription, tap Trend Micro Account.
  4. Tap Account Control.
  5. Tap Sign Out.
  6. Enter your password, then tap Sign Out.
  7. Uninstall Trend Micro Mobile Security:
    1. Tap and hold the Mobile Security app located in the app drawer or on the home screen.
    2. Tap Uninstall.

On Your iOS Device (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Tap the Mobile Security app.
  2. Scroll down, then tap Settings.
  3. Under ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION, tap Trend Micro Account > Account Control > Sign Out.
  4. Enter your password, then tap Sign Out.
  5. To uninstall:
    1. Tap and hold the Mobile Security app on your Home screen.
    2. Select Remove App.
    3. Choose Delete App to uninstall the app.

Note: If your device is inactive, reach out to Trend Micro support, and they'll take care of removing it for you.
