Lost Device Protection secures your missing device and everything stored on it to prevent data theft.
- Open the Trend Micro Mobile Security app.
- Tap Lost Device Protection.
- Provide your Trend Micro Account password, then tap Unlock.
- Tap I got it to activate Device Administator.
- Tap Mobile Security needs permission to use this feature.
- Tap Allow Now, then tap OK.
- Allow All Permissions.
Once done, you will see a Permissions Allowed message.
I lost my device. What should I do?
These features will help you locate, lock or wipe a missing mobile device.
- On a computer, open a web browser.
- Go to the Lost Device Protection portal.
- Click the Find Now button.
- Log in using your Trend Micro Account.
The Lost Device Protection portal will open and show devices you saved and registered to the feature.
