Purchased Subscription via Trend Micro Online Store or Retail Store
If you purchased your plan online or at a retail store, you need to activate it through the Activation Portal first.
- Find your Activation Code in your Activate Your Subscription email (online purchase) or on the receipt/inside the packaging (retail purchase).

- Sign in to your existing Trend Micro Account or create a new one.
- Enter your activation code.
- Accept the Trend Micro License Agreement and click Next.
- Activate Subscription in Web Browser
- Open the Trend Micro ID Protection browser extension.
- Sign in using the same Trend Micro Account you used in the Activation portal.
- Activate Subscription in Mobile App
- Open the Trend Micro ID Protection App.
- Sign in using the same Trend Micro Account you used in the Activation portal.
- Activate Subscription in Web Browser
