You notice that the Last Scan and Last Update displays an incorrect date on your Antivirus for Mac.

Why did this happen?

The time and date settings on your Mac was not set properly.

What should I do next?

  1. Click the Date and Time on the upper right corner of your screen, then choose Open Date & Time Preferences.

  2. Click the lock icon to make changes.

  3. Type your password, then click Unlock.

  4. Click Open Language & Region..., then click Advanced.

  5. Select the Dates tab, then click Restore Defaults. Click OK.

  6. Turn OFF Trend Micro Antivirus temporarily for about ten (10) seconds.

  7. Turn it back ON and check if the dates are now correct.
