What Happened?

Trend Micro AirSupport was already installed on your computer.

How To Fix It

Remove Trend Micro AirSupport manually:

  1. Click the Start , then go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features. You can also access it via the shortcut button below:

  2. From the list of installed programs, click Trend Micro AirSupport, then click Uninstall.
  3. Click OK to confirm.
  4. Install and run the Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool.
