Know how to remove a device from a user profile you no longer use from the Trend Micro Home Network Security app.
Remove Device from Profile
- Open the Home Network Security app on your mobile device.
- Tap the Menu icon you see on the upper left, then tap Family.
- Select the Family profile where the device belongs.
- Tap Device.
- Tap on the device that you want to remove or forget.
- On the Forget This Device window, tap OK.
Remove from Device List
- Open the Home Network Security app on your mobile device.
- Tap the Menu icon you see on the upper left, then tap Devices.
- Tap the device you want to remove.
- Under the Settings tab, Tap Forget This Device.
- Tap OK to confirm.
