How to remove device in Trend Micro Home Network Security

Know how to remove a device from a user profile you no longer use from the Trend Micro Home Network Security app.

Remove Device from Profile

  1. Open the Home Network Security app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the Menu icon you see on the upper left, then tap Family.
  3. Select the Family profile where the device belongs.
  4. Tap Device.
  5. Tap on the device that you want to remove or forget.
  6. On the Forget This Device window, tap OK.

Remove from Device List

  1. Open the Home Network Security app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the Menu icon you see on the upper left, then tap Devices.
  3. Tap the device you want to remove.
  4. Under the Settings tab, Tap Forget This Device.
  5. Tap OK to confirm.
