Submit Troubleshooting Logs to Trend Micro

  1. On your mobile device, open the Trend Micro Home Network Security app.
  2. Replicate the issue, then take note of the date and time.
  3. Tap the Menu icon you see on the upper left, then tap Settings.
  4. Select Send Troubleshooting Logs.
  5. Take note of Support ID, then send the logs using your mobile device's email application.
