Submit Troubleshooting Logs to Trend Micro
- On your mobile device, open the Trend Micro Home Network Security app.
- Replicate the issue, then take note of the date and time.
- Tap the Menu icon you see on the upper left, then tap Settings.
- Select Send Troubleshooting Logs.
- Take note of Support ID, then send the logs using your mobile device's email application.
