Submit Troubleshooting Logs to Trend Micro

  1. On your mobile device, open Home Network Security app.
  2. Replicate the issue, then take note of the timestamp.
  3. Tap the Menu icon.
  4. Tap Settings.
  5. Tap Send Troubleshooting Logs.
  6. Take note of Support ID, then send the logs using your mobile device's email application.
