What Should I Do Next?
Follow these simple steps to fix the issue:
- Log onto your computer using an account with administrator privileges.
- Click the Start , then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. You can also access it via the shortcut button below:
- Click Check for updates.
- Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
- After restarting, run the installer again.
Note: Ensure that there’s no error encountered for updates as sometimes it affects the installation of the Trend Micro Product.
