Adjusting your network settings enhances security. Here’s how to change network modes using the Home Network Security app:

  1. Open the Home Network Security app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the Menu icon, then select Settings.
  3. Select Station Configuration. Note your Router IP address.
  4. On any device, open a web browser like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
  5. Type the Router IP address into the address bar and press ENTER.
  6. Login to your router's Admin console with your username and password.
  7. Navigate to DHCP settings and enable the DHCP server.
  8. Save the changes.
  9. Restart your router:
    1. Unplug the power cord and ensure the lights turn OFF.
    2. Wait for 30 seconds, then reconnect the power.
    3. Wait a few minutes for the router to restart.
  10. Reopen the Home Network Security app and select the suitable Network Mode for your router.
