Why did this happen?

Home Network Security compatibility may vary depending on the configuration and settings of your router and home network. Router model DJA0231 is tested compatible with DHCP Mode.

How do I fix this?

Make sure your Home Network Security Station is turned ON and connected to your router.

  1. Open the Home Network Security app on your device.
  2. Go to Menu , then tap Settings.
  3. Tap Station Configuration.
  4. Under STATION NETWORK SETTINGS, select DHCP Mode.
  5. Take note of your Router IP and Station IP Address, then click Next to continue configuring DHCP Mode.
