The website you set for Trend Micro Home Network Security to block did not work.

Why did this happen?

The device you are testing may be listed under Unmanaged Devices.

How do I fix this?

Remove the device in the Unmanaged Devices list.

  1. Open the Home Network Security app on your device.
  2. Go to Menu , then tap Settings.
  3. Under NETWORK MANAGEMENT, select Unmanaged Devices.
  4. Click the – icon next to the device, then tap < to save the changes.
