Know what to do when the test website is not blocked by the Home Network Security app.
- Clear browser cache

- On your mobile device, open the Chrome app.
- At the top right corner, tap ⋮ icon.
- Tap History, then tap Clear browsing data….
- Choose a time range or select All time to delete everything.
- Select the check boxes for Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
- Tap Clear data.
- Make sure your mobile device is not listed under Unmanaged Devices

- Tap the menu icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Under NETWORK MANAGEMENT, tap Unmanaged Devices.
- Check that the device is not listed. If listed, remove it by clicking the – icon next to the device.
- Tap the < icon to save changes.
- Disable any VPN settings or apps from your mobile device

- Under Android or iOS Settings, search for VPN, then check whether it is configured.
- Stop any running VPN apps.
- Disable Lite mode (formerly known as Chrome Data saver)

To disable Lite mode, do the following:
- On your mobile device, open the Chrome app.
- At the top right corner, tap ⋮ icon.
- Tap Settings, then tap Lite mode.
- Turn the switch Off.
- Try using another browser or use Chrome Incognito mode

If the issue persists, switch to another web browser or use Incognito Mode on Google Chrome.
