How to Check the Renewal Price for Your Trend Micro Subscription

This article explains how to check the renewal price of your Trend Micro subscription if Auto Renewal is turned off or not enabled.

How to Check Your Manual Renewal Price

There are two ways to check your renewal price if Auto Renewal is not enabled.

Option 1: Check via Trend Micro Account

1. Go to the Trend Micro Account portal.
2. Sign in using your registered email address or mobile number.
3. Click the Licenses tab.
4. Locate the subscription you want to renew.
5. Click Renew Now next to the activation code.
   • If Auto Renew is enabled, you will see the Cancel Subscription button instead of the Renew Now button.

   • The manual renewal price and available upgrade offers will be displayed before checkout.

Option 2: Check Using Your Activation Code (Without Signing In)

If you have an activation code, you can manually renew your subscription by following the steps below to complete the process.

Purchased through Best Buy or an ISP

• For Best Buy purchases, call 1-888-237-8289.
• For subscriptions via an ISP, contact your provider directly.

Can I Switch to Auto Renewal?

Yes. During the renewal process, you may be given the option to enable Auto Renewal.

Benefits of enabling Auto Renewal:

• Automatic renewal before expiration
• Discounted renewal pricing (typically 10–15%)
• No interruption in protection

You can disable Auto Renewal anytime after the renewal is completed.
