This article lets you know where to find the activation key of Trend Micro Home products. Click the Trend Micro program that you have installed:

'0' represents a specific number. 'A' represents a specific letter.
Find the Activation Key on your Windows PC
- Open the main console of your Trend Micro Security software. Do either of the following:
- Double-click the Trend Micro
icon on your desktop.
- Double-click the Trend Micro
icon on your system tray.
- Double-click the Trend Micro

Click the expiry date on the bottom-right corner of the main console.
This will open the Subscription Information window.
Find the Activation Key on your Mac
- Click the Trend Micro icon on the upper right side of the Menu bar.
- Click Subscription....
The Subscription Information window will appear with your program information and serial number.
Find the Activation Key on your email
- Get the activation key from your Order Confirmation email.
Check the spam mail folder if your Order Confirmation Email is missing.
- If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email, contact Technical Support, then give the information below to retrieve your activation key:
- Name
- Email Address
Retail purchases
- Look for a 20-digit activation key inside the box.
- Look for a 20-digit activation key on the receipt.
- If the activation key is missing, contact Technical Support, then give the information below:
- Proof of purchase
- Scanned copy of the invoice or receipt
- Retail store where you purchased the product

Find the Activation Key on the app
- On your Android device, open your Mobile Security app.
- Tap the
icon, then tap Settings.
- Under Account & Subscription, look for your Activation key on the Serial Number section.
Find the Activation Key on your email
- Get the activation key from your Order Confirmation email.

- If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email, contact Technical Support, then give the information below to retrieve your activation key:

There is no activation key for in-app purchases. It will automatically update the expiration date after purchase.
Find the Activation Key on your Maximum Security program
You can use the Serial Number from your Maximum Security program as the activation key for your Mobile Security for Android.
- Open the main console of your Trend Micro Security software. Do either of the following:
- Double-click the Trend Micro
icon on your desktop.
- Double-click the Trend Micro
icon on your system tray.
- Double-click the Trend Micro
- Click the
icon, then click About the Software. The About Your Software window will appear showing your serial number.

Find the Activation Key on your Maximum Security program
You can use the Serial Number from your Maximum Security program as the activation key for your Mobile Security for iOS.
- Open the main console of your Maximum Security program. Do either of the following:
- Double-click the Trend Micro icon on your desktop.
- Double-click the Trend Micro icon on your system tray.
- Click
then click About the Software. The About Your Software window will appear showing your serial number.
Apple Appstore In-App purchases
After purchasing your Mobile Security subscription in-app, it will automatically go back to the main page and will show that your subscription has extended. At the same time, you will also receive an Order Confirmation Email. If your subscription is not activated or your license is not extended, contact our Technical Support for help.
Retail purchases
- Look for the 20-digit activation key inside the box.
- If the activation key is missing, contact our Technical Support and provide the information below:
- Proof of purchase
- Scanned copy of the invoice or receipt
- Retail store where you purchased the product

- On your Android device, open your Wi-Fi Protection App App.
- Tap the
icon, then tap Settings.
- Under Account & Subscription, look for your Activation key on the Serial Number section.
Find the Activation Key on your iOS device
- On your iOS device, open your Wi-Fi Protection App App.
- Tap the
icon, then tap Settings.
- Under Account & Subscription, look for your Activation key on the Serial Number section.
Find the Activation Key on your Mac
- On your Mac device, open your Wi-Fi Protection App App.
- When the Main Console is open, click on WiFi Protection on the Upper Left part of the screen then choose “Preferences”. Settings page will appear on the Wi-Fi Protection App console.
- Under Account & Subscription, look for your Activation key on the Serial Number section.

- When the Main Console is open, click on the settings icon on the upper right part of the console. Settings page will appear.

Find the Activation Key on your Trend Micro Account
Get your activation key by logging in to your Trend Micro Account. Do the following steps:
- Click here to login. A login account window will appear.
- Type your email and password, then click Sign in.
