How Do I Activate Trend Micro for the First Time?
1. For Online Purchases:
- Visit the Activation Portal.
- Click the Get Started button.
- Create a Trend Micro Account using your email address or phone number.
- Provide a secure password, then click Next.
- Enter your first and last name to complete your profile, then click Next.
- Enter your activation code, agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement, and click Next.
- Once activated, it will redirect you to your own Trend Micro Account downloads page to install the apps and programs you purchased.
2. For In-App Purchases:
- On your mobile device, tap the Trend Micro app you wish to activate.
- Tap the Buy/Activate button you see at the lower right corner. Go to Settings if you cannot see the button.
- Choose your preferred subscription: Monthly or Yearly.
- Follow the instructions to complete the purchase.
How Do I Enter a New Activation Key?
- Go to the Activation Portal.
- Click the Get Started button.
- Below the 'Next' button, click Sign In.
- Sign in with your email address or phone number, then click Next.
- Enter your secure password, then click Next.
- Enter your new activation code, agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement, and click Next.
- Once activated, you will be redirected to your Trend Micro Account page where you can download the apps and programs you have purchased.
