There is no direct way to update your credit card or billing details on our site. To update your payment or billing details, renew your Trend Micro subscription manually:
Change Credit Card or Payment Details
- Log in to your Trend Micro Account in https://account.trendmicro.com/ with your email address and password.
- Look for your active subscription. Click on Renew Now. If your subscription renews automatically, click on Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription first to stop it temporarily.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your new credit card or billing information and change your payment method.
Don't worry about losing any subscription time you've already paid for. Renewing early just adds more time to your subscription, either one or two years, based on what you select.
What If I Don't Want to Renew Early?
No problem! When it's time to renew, Trend Micro will send you a reminder. You'll be able to update your credit card or billing details then.
