How do I permanently delete my Trend Micro account?
- Open the Trend Micro VPN app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Go to Account, then tap on the signed-in account.
- Select Account Control.
- Choose Delete Account and follow the redirection to the Trend Micro Account login page.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro Account.
- Read the on-screen reminders carefully. If you have questions, tap the Support Portal link.
- Tap Continue To Delete My Account and follow the subsequent instructions to complete the removal process.
Can I recover my account after deleting it?
No, once deleted, all data associated with your account will be permanently removed. You cannot reactivate or recover any unused subscriptions. Ensure you cancel any automatic renewals or subscriptions to avoid future charges.

If you have multiple product subscriptions, such as Maximum Security, Premium Security, or Device Security, removing your account will result in loss of protection for all registered devices.
