1. Open your web browser on your computer or mobile device.
2. Visit the official My Trend Micro Account portal here: https://account.trendmicro.com/. This is your go-to place for any information related to your Trend Micro subscriptions. Choose Sign In.
3. Log in using your email address and password, then select Next.
4. On a mobile device, tap the menu icon (usually three lines or dots) and select My Profile.
   If you are on a computer, click on your name at the top right corner and choose My Profile from the dropdown menu.
5. In the Personal Information section, select Edit Profile.
