Password Manager is no longer supported as of November 16, 2025. Follow the steps below to move your saved passwords to Trend Micro ID Protection.

On a Computer

  1. Visit the Trend Micro ID Protection Portal, then sign in to your account.
  2. On the left side of your screen, click Vault.
  3. Enter your Trend Micro Account Password or Client Key, if needed.
  4. Click the Import Password icon.

    Click the Import Passwords icon to get your saved passwords.

  5. Choose Import from Trend Micro Password Manager,

    then enter your Password Manager Vault password.
  6. Click Continue and wait for the import process to finish.

On a Phone or Tablet

  1. Open your Trend Micro ID Protection app, then go to Vault.
  2. Enter your Trend Micro Account Password or Client Key, if needed.
  3. Tap the suitcase icon,

    then tap Import Passwords.

  4. Tap Import from Trend Micro Password Manager, then enter your Vault Password.

  5. Wait for the import process to finish, then tap OK once done.

Troubleshooting

  • Cannot Tap Confirm button?

    Turn your device sideways or in Landscape Mode. Your device will rearrange your screen so you can tap the Confirm button.

  • Forgot your Vault Password?:

    It cannot be recovered. The import will not work without it.

  • Missing Website Links?:

    You can add them manually by editing each password entry.

  • "There’s nothing to import"

    You may have reset your Vault Password, deleting all your saved passwords in your Password Manager.
