Now that Trend Micro Password Manager is transitioning to Trend Micro ID Protection, here are the step-by-step guides for importing your passwords and secure notes from Password Manager to ID Protection.

On Windows and Mac PCs:

  1. Visit the Trend Micro ID Protection Portal, then sign in to your account.
  2. On the left side of your screen, click Vault.
  3. Enter your Trend Micro Account Password or Client Key, if needed.
  4. Click the Import Password icon.

  5. Choose Import from Trend Micro Password Manager, then enter your Password Manager Vault password.

  6. Click Continue and wait for the import process to finish.

On Android and iPhone/iPad Mobile Devices:

  1. Open your Trend Micro ID Protection app, then go to Vault.
  2. Enter your Trend Micro Account Password or Client Key, if needed.
  3. Tap the suitcase icon, then tap Import Passwords.

  4. Tap Import from Trend Micro Password Manager, then enter your Vault Password.

  5. Wait for the import process to finish, then tap OK once done.

You can now view and use your newly imported passwords in ID Protection.
