Password Manager is no longer supported as of November 16, 2025. Follow the steps below to move your saved passwords to Trend Micro ID Protection.
On a Computer
- Visit the Trend Micro ID Protection Portal, then sign in to your account.
- On the left side of your screen, click Vault.
- Enter your Trend Micro Account Password or Client Key, if needed.
- Click the Import Password icon.
- Choose Import from Trend Micro Password Manager,
then enter your Password Manager Vault password. - Click Continue and wait for the import process to finish.
On a Phone or Tablet
- Open your Trend Micro ID Protection app, then go to Vault.
- Enter your Trend Micro Account Password or Client Key, if needed.
- Tap the suitcase icon,
then tap Import Passwords. - Tap Import from Trend Micro Password Manager, then enter your Vault Password.
- Wait for the import process to finish, then tap OK once done.
Troubleshooting
- Cannot Tap Confirm button?
Turn your device sideways or in Landscape Mode. Your device will rearrange your screen so you can tap the Confirm button.
- Forgot your Vault Password?:
It cannot be recovered. The import will not work without it.
- Missing Website Links?:
You can add them manually by editing each password entry.
- "There’s nothing to import"
You may have reset your Vault Password, deleting all your saved passwords in your Password Manager.
