Cookie Not Found Error when Signing-in to Trend Micro Mobile Security in iOS

A cookie is a file created by a web browser, at the request of a website, that is stored on your computer. These files store information, such as shopping cart contents or authentication data.

Why did this happen?

• Your browser setting is not configured to save and read cookie data.
• You have reset your browser which deleted the browser cookies.

Clear cache and cookies in Safari
1. Open the Settings app, then select Safari.
2. Scroll down, then select Clear History and Website Data.
3. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm.
For Chrome
Clear cache and cookies in Chrome
1. Open the Chrome app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap at the bottom.
3. Tap History, then tap Clear Browsing Data.. you see at the bottom.
4. Tap Cookies, Site Data and Cached Images and Files. Make sure you see a check beside them.
5. Tap Clear Browsing Data you see at the bottom, then choose Clear Browsing Data to confirm.
For Firefox

1. Open the Firefox app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap at the bottom, then select Settings.
3. Under Privacy, select Data Management.
4. Turn on Cache .
5. Tap Clear Private Data to confirm.
2. Use other browser to sign in to Trend Micro account.
1. Open the Settings app and tap Safari.
2. Tap Default Browser App.
3. Tap the browser to make it default.

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. On the upper right corner, click the Menu button ⋮, then choose Settings.
3. Under Privacy and security, click Site Settings.
4. Scroll down until you see the Content section.
   • Select Cookies and other site data, then choose Allow all cookies.
   • Select JavaScript, then choose Sites can use Javascript.
Enable website cookies and JavaScript in Microsoft Edge
1. Open Microsoft Edge.
2. At the top right corner, click Settings and more , then choose Settings.
3. Select Cookies and site permissions.
   • Click Manage and delete cookies and site data, then turn ON Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended).
   • Select JavaScript under Site permissions, then turn ON Allowed (recommended).

Note: By default, Javascript is automatically enabled in Firefox.
1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
2. At the upper right, click the Menu button ☰, then select Settings.
3. Select Privacy & Security, then choose Standard under Browser Privacy.
Enable website cookies and JavaScript in Apple Safari
1. Open Safari.
2. At the upper left, click the Safari menu, then select Preferences.
   • Select the Privacy tab, then choose Never under Block cookies.
   • Select the Security tab, then check Enable JavaScript under Web content.
