Do I Need to Reactivate or Redownload after a Renewal?

No, you do not need to reactivate or redownload your Trend Micro program after renewing your subscription. Once you renew, your subscription is automatically extended based on the duration you selected during the renewal process.

What You Need to Do After Renewal

  1. Verify Your Subscription Status:

    Follow these steps to confirm your subscription renewal:

    1. Go to the Trend Micro Account Portal.
    2. Click Sign in.
    3. Enter your Email address or mobile phone number, then click Next.
    4. Enter your Password, then click Next.
    5. Under the License tab, find your activation code and check if the expiration date has been updated.
  2. Ensure Your Trend Micro Program is Up to Date:

    Confirm that your Trend Micro application is running the latest version. Regular updates ensure you have the latest security features and fixes.
