Updating your password regularly is a great way to keep your Trend Micro account secure. Whether you’re using a PC, Mac, or mobile device, here’s how you can change your password.
Change Password on Windows PC or Mac
- Open your preferred web browser and visit the Trend Micro Account page.
- Select Sign In and enter your email address and current password, then press Next.
- Click your name at the top right corner and choose My Profile.
- Press Change Password.
- Enter your current password and then your new password.
- Confirm your new password by typing it again in the designated field.
- Select Save to update your password.
- You will be signed out automatically. Click OK.
- Log in again with your new password to confirm the change.
Change Password on Mobile Devices
- Open a web browser on your mobile device and navigate to the Trend Micro Account page.
- Tap Sign In, enter your current credentials, and proceed by tapping Next.
- Access the menu by tapping the icon (often three lines or a human icon) and select Profile.
- Choose Change Password from the Account Information section.
- Type your current password followed by the new password.
- Re-enter your new password for confirmation.
- Tap Save to confirm the changes.
- You will be signed out to update your account settings. Tap OK to continue.
- Log back in with your new password to ensure it works.
