To manage your Trend Micro products and subscriptions, sign in to your Trend Micro Account. Here, you can view your devices and their security status.
How Many Devices Are in My Subscription?
To check the number of devices in your Trend Micro subscription:
- Visit the My Trend Micro Account portal.
- Enter your email address and password, then Sign In.
- If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, enter the verification code sent to your chosen method (Authenticator App, Email, or Text).
- Under the Licenses tab, find the subscription you want to check.
- Click Manage Devices to see how many devices are in your subscription and their status.
How Many Subscriptions Can I Activate?
You can activate as many subscriptions or licenses as you want in your Trend Micro Account. There is no limit.
Where to Get Trend Micro Programs to Install on My Devices
To find which Trend Micro programs are in your subscription and install them:
- On the My Trend Micro Account portal, select the Download tab. You will see a list of apps and programs included in your subscription.
- Click the Download button for the program you want to install.
- Click Download to This Device to install on your current device or Share to Another Device to install on a different device. You can send an email, copy a link, or scan a QR code to share the installation.

Why Are Some of My License Subscriptions Missing?
By default, your Licenses page will only show active subscriptions to ensure it displays the latest information.
To view all your licenses, including expired ones:
- Under the Licenses tab, click Show all licenses.
- Choose Expired licenses only to see expired subscriptions or Show all active licenses to view active ones.
Note: Some types of licenses, like Q-Licenses (activation codes that starts with a Q), do not require a Trend Micro account for activation and can only be viewed through Activation Info.
