You can manage your purchased products and subscriptions by signing in to your Trend Micro Account. In your account, you can also view your devices, their security status, and more.

View Your Devices in Trend Micro Account

To keep track of your Trend Micro subscriptions, here's a simple guide to help you effortlessly manage them and keep your devices secure.

  1. Go to the My Trend Micro Account ( portal.
  2. Type your email address and password, then click Sign In.
    If you set up Two-Factor Authentication, you will need to type in the verification code sent to your preferred method (Authenticator App, Email, or Text).
  3. Click the Licenses tab, then locate the subscription you want to check.
  4. Note: If you see the Manage Subscription or Cancel Subscription button at the right side of your serial number, your auto-renewal is enabled. Click it to cancel auto-renewal and renew manually. If you see the Renew Now button, click it to renew your subscription manually.

  5. Click Manage Devices to see the list of your protected devices and their status.

Add A New Device to Protect

If you have multi-device protection with Trend Micro, here's how to add a new device to your subscription:

  1. Open a web browser on the device you want to install the program.
  2. Log in to your Trend Micro account.
  3. Enter your email address and password to log in.
  4. Once you log in, click Download tab.
  5. Click the Download button under your Trend Micro Security subscription.
  6. Click the Download button under Download to This Device. A new tab will open to download the installer. If you are on your mobile device, it will redirect you to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download the Mobile Security app instead.
  7. Double-click the downloaded file to run the installer.
  8. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.

View Trend Micro Programs to Install on your Devices

To find out which Trend Micro programs are in your subscription and get them on your devices, just follow these easy steps:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Log in to your Trend Micro account.
  3. Go to the Download tab and you will see the list of programs included on your subscription. Click the Download button for the program you want to install.
  4. You will see 2 options: Download to This Device and Share to Another Device.
  5. Click to Download to This Device if you are using the device you want to install the program to.
  6. Click Share to Another Device to see the option to install to other devices:
    • Send Email - Send a link to the device you want to install protection on.
    • Copy Link - Copy and send the link to a device you want to install protection on.
    • Scan QR Code - Scan the QR code to install protection on your device.

Some License Subscription Missing

To ensure that your Trend Micro Account page is clean and displays the latest subscription, the account page will only show active subscriptions by default. Follow the steps below to check your old and expired licenses:

  1. Under the acount, click the Licenses tab.
  2. On the top right side, tap on the Show all license.
    • Choose Expired licenses only to filter expired subscriptions.
    • Choose Show all active license to filter active subscriptions.

Note: You can only see T-Licenses, A-Licenses, P-Licenses, and X-Licenses on MyAccount. Q-Licenses don't need a Trend Micro account for activation. You may only view it through Activation Info.
