After renewing your Trend Micro subscription, you might notice that Password Manager didn’t renew—even though it was part of your previous plan. This is because your new subscription may no longer include Password Manager, so its expiry date wasn’t extended.

What’s New

The good news is that we’ve introduced Trend Micro ID Protection, which replaces Password Manager. It’s built as a better and more advanced version of the tool you’re used to. With added features and stronger protection, it’s designed to give you more control over your digital security.

If Password Manager was included in your previous subscription, there’s a high chance that your new plan now comes with ID Protection instead.

What to do next

  1. Check if your subscription includes ID Protection
If you’re using one of the following subscriptions, ID Protection is already included at no extra cost:
    • Premium Security Suite
    • Personal Protection Suite
    • Maximum Security
    • Security Suite Ultimate
    • Security Suite Pro Plus
    • Security Suite Pro

If you don’t have one of these, you may need to purchase ID Protection separately.
