Reinstall Trend Micro Security on your Windows, Mac, Android, or iPhone/iPad to update to the latest version, improve and fix performance issues, and enhance protection while using the app.
- Get a copy of your activation code.
- Check if your device meets the minimum system requirements.
- Uninstall the current Trend Micro app from your device.
- Go to your Trend Micro Account portal, then sign in with your email address and password.

- Go to the Download tab, then find and download your product.
- Click Download to This Device from the pop-up to start the installation process.
- Follow the installation instructions, then enter your account details to activate the protection.
