Trend Micro Password Manager is no longer supported and already reached its End of Support. You can still download your saved passwords so you don’t lose them.

🚦 Before You Start

  • You must know your Vault Password — the password you used to open Password Manager.
  • Have a safe place to keep your downloaded file (like a USB drive or secure folder).

Steps

  1. Open your web browser and go to the Trend ID Protection Web Portal.
  2. Click the Export Trend Micro Password Manager Data button.
  3. Click Export Now.
  4. Sign in with the Trend Micro Account connected to your Password Manager subscription.
  5. Type your Vault Password, then click Next.
  6. Save the file somewhere safe. It contains all your saved passwords.

📢 Important

  • Export stays available for a limited time after service ends — act quickly.
  • If you forget your Vault Password, your data cannot be recovered or exported.
  • The exported file contains all your saved logins — keep it in a secure location.
