Trend Micro Password Manager is no longer supported and already reached its End of Support. You can still download your saved passwords so you don’t lose them.
🚦 Before You Start
- You must know your Vault Password — the password you used to open Password Manager.
- Have a safe place to keep your downloaded file (like a USB drive or secure folder).
Steps
- Open your web browser and go to the Trend ID Protection Web Portal.
- Click the Export Trend Micro Password Manager Data button.
- Click Export Now.
- Sign in with the Trend Micro Account connected to your Password Manager subscription.
- Type your Vault Password, then click Next.
- Save the file somewhere safe. It contains all your saved passwords.
📢 Important
- Export stays available for a limited time after service ends — act quickly.
- If you forget your Vault Password, your data cannot be recovered or exported.
- The exported file contains all your saved logins — keep it in a secure location.
